Climate change is persistently affecting the lives of poor and rural African farmers, potentially undermining food security and socio-economic development. In sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), adaptation to climate change impacts on agriculture has therefore become a major concern to various stakeholders with special emphasis on how to assist farmers in improving their adaptive capacity.
